G'day!

My name is Ethan White, of E Mooveez, a media production company based in Adelaide, South Australia.

And I'm here to tell your story...

Who am I...

I grew up & live in Gawler, just north of Adelaide, in South Australia. I love filmmaking - ever since I was a young boy, I loved making short home videos on our family video camera. That passion of mine has never ceased, and up until this day, I still love filmmaking.

This passion of filmmaking led me to produce my own television program in 2018, titled Off the Couch with Ethan, a show all about encouraging other young people and their families to 'get off the couch' and see & explore all the amazing places Australia has to offer. The show airs on Channel 44 in Adelaide & Channel 31 in Melbourne. You can find out more about it here

To me, media production has always been about telling a story. Whether it's the story of an individual, business, organisation or community - the key to what I do is tell a story. I believe that is what makes great, engaging and memorable content - whatever the subject may be.

In between producing films, I absolutely love camping and travelling - it's a real passion of mine. Further to that, I love spending time within the local Gawler community, being involved in the local footy league, community events, and spending time with my family (and doggo, Clancy!).

The story of E Mooveez...

E Mooveez was formed back in 2015, when I was just 13 years old. It came about because of a local ukulele duo who wanted a music video recorded for their hit Christmas rendition of the Aussie classic 'Rusty Holden Ute.'  7 years later, E Mooveez has planned, filmed, recorded, live streamed, edited and published hundreds of projects of all different shapes and sizes.

Why the name 'E Mooveez?'. Well, when I started the business in 2015, I initially though of using "E Movies" as a business name - an abbreviation for "Ethan's Movies." But, I thought that using "movies" was too conventional, so I shuffled the alphabet around to get "mooveez" - still pronounced like movies, but just looks groovier!

Today, along with the production of my program, studying Film and Television at university, and being involved the local Gawler community, I continue to produce content for clients through E Mooveez.

If you like to learn more about what E Mooveez can do for you, send me an email or give me a call. I look forward to hearing from you soon!
